Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 6 ounces high-quality dark chocolate 70% cacao or higher, finely chopped
  • ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Heat milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add chopped chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture is heated through (do not boil).
  • Remove from heat and pour into mugs.
