Cranberry and Brie Stuffed Phyllo Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 12 frozen phyllo cups store-bought, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese cut into 12 small pieces
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Add a small piece of brie to the bottom of each phyllo cup.
  • Top the brie with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the phyllo cups are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with fresh rosemary, chopped pecans, or drizzle with honey, if desired.
  • Serve warm and watch them disappear!
