Cranberry and Brie Stuffed Phyllo Cups

- 12 frozen phyllo cups store-bought, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese cut into 12 small pieces
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add a small piece of brie to the bottom of each phyllo cup.
Top the brie with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the phyllo cups are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with fresh rosemary, chopped pecans, or drizzle with honey, if desired.
Serve warm and watch them disappear!
