Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey sausage or chicken sausage
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups biscuit mix like Bisquick
  • ½ tsp garlic powder optional
  • ½ tsp onion powder optional
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional, for spice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, and optional seasonings.
  • Use your hands to mix everything together until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1-1.5 inches in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
