Roasted Garlic and Herb Cheese Ball

A creamy, flavorful cheese ball made with roasted garlic, fresh herbs, and a mix of cheeses. Perfect for parties or snacking!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head garlic
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (plus more for coating)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts optional, for coating

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes. Let cool and squeeze the cloves out.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, Parmesan, roasted garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in chives and parsley.
  • Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape into a ball, and chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Roll the chilled cheese ball in chopped nuts and parsley until fully coated.
  • Serve with crackers, veggies, or bread.

Notes

Alternate Instructions:
Roast garlic and prepare softened cheeses as above.
Blend all ingredients except nuts and parsley coating in a food processor for a smoother consistency.
Chill, then roll in your desired coating before serving.
