Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet store-bought puff pastry thawed
  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • 1 tbsp water for egg wash
  • 1-2 tbsp coarse sugar for sprinkling

Instructions
 

Prepare the pastry:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Roll out the puff pastry into a 12-inch circle and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Prepare the filling:

  • Toss the berries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.

Assemble the galette:

  • Spoon the filling onto the center of the pastry, leaving a 2-inch border. Fold the edges over the berries and brush with egg wash. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake:

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
