Indian Masala Omelette

- 4 large eggs
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 small tomato finely chopped
- 1 green chili finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder adjust to taste
- A pinch of garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter
Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk them until frothy.
Add the chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and cilantro to the eggs.
Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir well.
Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
Cook on low-medium heat until the edges set and the top begins to cook.
Carefully flip the omelette and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
