Homemade Hamburger Helper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni or pasta of choice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Add the pasta and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  • Reduce heat to low. Stir in milk, heavy cream, and shredded cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
  • Alternate Instructions:
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, seasoning with spices as it cooks.
  • Stir in pasta and broth. Let it simmer with the lid on until pasta is tender.
  • Mix in cheese, cream, and milk until a creamy sauce forms.
  • Serve hot and savor every bite!
