Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, sift together almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a thick batter forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle reserved chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Let the blondies cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, slice into 9 squares and enjoy!
