Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups mixed greens arugula, spinach, or spring mix
  • 1 large apple thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup roasted pepitas pumpkin seeds
  • cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, place the mixed greens.
  • Add the sliced apples, dried cranberries, and roasted pepitas.
  • Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad.
