Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add shrimp in a single layer, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  • Remove shrimp, add more butter, lemon juice, and zest to the pan.
  • Return shrimp to the skillet, toss in the sauce, and garnish with parsley.
