- 3 cups all-purpose flour 360g
- 1 packet 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ¼ cups warm water 300ml
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add the warm water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise at room temperature for 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Transfer the dough to the pan and smooth the top. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
