Chocolate Trilogy Mousse

Dark Chocolate Layer:
- 4 oz dark chocolate chopped
- 1/3 cup heavy cream for melting
- 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped
Milk Chocolate Layer:
- 4 oz milk chocolate chopped
- 1/3 cup heavy cream for melting
- 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped
White Chocolate Layer:
- 4 oz white chocolate chopped
- 1/3 cup heavy cream for melting
- 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped
Garnish:
- Shaved chocolate or fresh berries optional
Melt dark chocolate with 1/3 cup cream. Let cool slightly.
Fold in whipped cream gently. Divide evenly into serving glasses. Chill for 30 minutes.
Repeat steps with milk chocolate, layer over dark chocolate, and chill.
Repeat steps with white chocolate, layer over milk chocolate, and chill again.
Chill for 4+ hours or overnight. Serve garnished with chocolate shavings or berries.
