Chocolate Trilogy Mousse

Ingredients
  

Dark Chocolate Layer:

  • 4 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream for melting
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped

Milk Chocolate Layer:

  • 4 oz milk chocolate chopped
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream for melting
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped

White Chocolate Layer:

  • 4 oz white chocolate chopped
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream for melting
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped

Garnish:

  • Shaved chocolate or fresh berries optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt dark chocolate with 1/3 cup cream. Let cool slightly.
  • Fold in whipped cream gently. Divide evenly into serving glasses. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Repeat steps with milk chocolate, layer over dark chocolate, and chill.
  • Repeat steps with white chocolate, layer over milk chocolate, and chill again.
  • Chill for 4+ hours or overnight. Serve garnished with chocolate shavings or berries.
