Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into rectangles or squares, depending on the size you prefer.
  • Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture into the center of each pastry piece. Fold over the pastry to create a pocket and press the edges to seal.
  • Brush the tops of the pastries with a beaten egg for a golden finish.
  • Place the jalousies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
