–3 tablespoons fruit preserves
raspberry, fig, or apricot

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry slightly to ensure it fully wraps the brie.
Place the brie in the center of the pastry and top with preserves and nuts (if using).
Fold the puff pastry around the brie, trimming excess, and seal the edges.
Flip the wrapped brie seam-side down onto the baking sheet.
Brush the pastry with beaten egg and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with crackers or bread.
