Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel of brie 8–12 oz
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 2 –3 tablespoons fruit preserves raspberry, fig, or apricot
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts optional
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out puff pastry slightly to ensure it fully wraps the brie.
  • Place the brie in the center of the pastry and top with preserves and nuts (if using).
  • Fold the puff pastry around the brie, trimming excess, and seal the edges.
  • Flip the wrapped brie seam-side down onto the baking sheet.
  • Brush the pastry with beaten egg and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with crackers or bread.
